Good at troubleshooting ServiceNow issues with related to CMDB.
Facilitating roll out of new applications and modules.
Strong knowledge in ServiceNow Administration and configuration.
Strong knowledge in Scripting within ServiceNow including Client scripts, Business rules, Script includes, UI Policy, Notifications, UI Actions and Access controls.
ServiceNow Development , ServiceNow integration experience.
Knowledge and working experience with implementation/customization in ITSM modules.
Work experience in developing Service Catalogs.
Work experience in working on automations and integrations in ServiceNow with API’s and others.
Working experience in implementation of ITBM , ITOM, ITCM within ServiceNow is an added advantage.
Develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients. Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives. Interacts with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software. Trains and communicates with clients on systems application.
