Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Journalism/Mass Communication and

Humanities-related subjects, with excellent command over English

• Certification in Instructional Design will be an added advantage

• Knowledge of authoring tools like Captivate, Articulate is an added

advantage

• Exposure to working on proposals and design notes would be an added

advantage

• Experience in managing teams

Job Responsibilities

1. Deeply analyze business problems, learner profiles, and evaluation methods to design effective learning solutions.

2. Design & Development: Lead the entire design process, including instructional design, content creation, and assessment strategies and develop engaging ILT sessions, WBT modules, and other learning interventions using proven methods.

3. Content Planning: Utilize expertise in requirement analysis, content outline creation, and storyboarding to guide development.

4. Quality Assurance and Standards: Ensure strict adherence to design and quality standards through scriptwriting and review oversight and maintain a strong grasp of quality assurance norms to uphold top-notch learning solutions.

5. Project Coordination: Centralize project coordination, facilitating communication with cross-functional teams and clients.

6. Senior Reviewer & Design Lead: Provide project leadership as a senior reviewer and design lead, ensuring success.Identify competency gaps in the instructional design team and mentor members for enhanced skills and productivity.

7. Client Relationship Management: Leverage extensive client-facing experience to nurture strong client relationships and satisfaction.

8. Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional communication skills, translating client expectations into effective product outcomes.

9. Solution Development: Collaborate with the Client Team to refine solution approaches, aligning them with client objectives.
