Qualifications

  • Will function as a Client Management Team Lead

  • Must have at least 5 to 7 years of relevant work experiences, 3 years of supervisory experience

  • Must have experience in Telco environment

  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills


Job Responsibilities

  • Understanding and translating buyer requirements into a standard solution offering i.e., deal approach, solution plan, proposal, and cost estimate leveraging standard process, methods & deliverables.

  • Preparing the spend estimate, schedule & work plan

  • Understanding and articulating all details and specifications of the proposed solution; has an interest and desire to be analytical and able to back up solution with proof points, facts and figures

  • Coordinating and leading all solution approvals

  • Collaborating as a key member of the Sales Team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal Accenture groups, and align the solution with final terms and conditions

  • Interfacing with the delivery organizations to ensure effective transition, shape services, collaborate on clear solution assumptions and determine appropriate vendors/services, relating cost to deliver

  • Ensuring delivery architecture is designed according to policies and standards and that solution is benchmarked internally and externally

  • Maintaining a keen understanding of marketplace intelligence trends and competition to provide market leading perspectives, emerging trends, tools and techniques that can be effectively utilized to develop and promote business

  • Customized solutions at scale that are leverageable and repeatability on a wider scale of customers

  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of new and emerging products and/or application services. Provides deep technical expertise on wireless network, wireless devices and applications for complex and increasingly global solutions

  • Knowledge and experience developing Go To Market solutions for B2B and B2B2C scenarios.

  • Applies sales skills to engage and close opportunities with decision-makers.

  • Ensures proper transition of a deal to post sales implementation teams.
