Mechanical Site Engineer

Completes renovation projects by:

• Confirms specifications and directions with Property Manager/ Operations Manager.

• Prepares and secures required plans, permits, and other documents.

• Plans renovation projects by producing checklists, specification sheets, plans and schedules based on agreed direction.

• Prepares drawings, blueprints, photographs, of units as required.

• Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.

• Implements agreed plans and schedules.

• Reports any unusual incidents real-time.

Fulfills project requirements by training and guiding workers (Painters, Carpenters, Mason, Electricians, etc.).

Supervises and manages manpower in the unit.

Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site, and verifying calculations and placements.

Ensures Quality Control and Quality Assurance are met prior for acceptance of clients.

Prepares the unit or property prior the viewing or acceptance of clients.

Maintains operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures.

Provides information by answering questions and requests.

Complies with the government and building requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; and advising management on needed actions.

Implements project schedule, rules and regulations of the company on site.

Maintains project database (pictures, plans, specifications).

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Provides weekly and monthly reports .

Turnovers unit to new tenants and attends to the tenants’ concerns during their stay.

Works with tenant-relations officer to complete and satisfy tenants’ concerns and approved requests.
