Relevant experience is not required, But Experience as ESL Teacher or Teaching English in the Academe is an advantage.
No call center experience required.
Computer literate with PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.
Strong Presentation skills

Job Responsibilities
Learn and gain familiarity with the Product
Collaborate with stakeholders, Training Developers or subject matter experts to support the maintenance of content organized in the knowledge base, including its technical accuracy
Create, review, edit and maintain articles in Knowledge Base Tool and Production Knowledge repository
Edit and format existing documents in Knowledge Base and/or Knowledge Articles
Create and maintain demo contents
