Kitchen Leader


  • College Graduate

  • Certification from a culinary school or degree in Restaurant Management is a plus

  • Must have a valid passport

  • At least 1 year experience in the food/restaurant/hotel industry in kitchen as cook

  • Must be able to work under pressure and extended hours

  • Knowledgeable about food handling and preparation

  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations

  • Knowledgeable with different kinds of recipes

  • Good organizational skills and has ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment

  • Knows basic Microsoft Office programs

  • Familiarity with Profit and Loss report is a plus

  • Must be willing to be assigned in BGC
