Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Banking and Finance
Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Knowledge of Core banking or Payments or Client onboarding products will be a plus
Strong communication, analytical skills
Good understanding of Requirement gathering & elicitations techniques
Good understanding of Project management skills
7+ years experience
Good understanding in Retail Lending, Core Banking especially loans or lending project experience, with exposure to methodologies and frameworks for business analysis
Job Responsibilities
Senior Banking professional with extensive knowledge in either Lending, Payments or Retail banking with experience leading a consulting engagement
Comprehensive understanding of Banking Industry Trends & Strategies across Retail, Commercial, Corporate Banking
Demonstrated Business Analysis skills - working on projects in banking domain
Design thinking and ability to work in fast paced and ambiguous situations
Comprehensive understanding of requirement elicitation techniques
Comprehensive Knowledge of industry vertical or horizontal processes/issues
Demonstration of Thought Leadership in a particular area of banking domain like • Customer Onboarding/Lending/Cards & Payments
Demonstrated independent development of solution offerings
Strong understanding of technology trends with banking Industry& applicability for technologies like Cloud, Analytics, Data, IPA/RPA
Strong understanding and familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle including
Agile methodology and Systems Analysis, Use Case Modeling etc
Strong Communication & Presentation Skills with a flair for writing documents & ability to present to various audiences
