Bilingual CSR


  • Philippine citizen or holder of a 13a Visa for permanent or temporary residents.

  • Must be a fluent or a native speaker (for the position language applying for) and with the ability to also read and write and fluent in conversational English.

  • Must be eligible to work in the Philippines.

  • Must be willing to work at the office or WFH based on company business needs.

  • Must have good computer skills and can type at least 25wpm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Taking phone calls from customers;

  • Answering questions about the product or service;

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
