Qualifications
Must be at least a High School graduate.
Must be at least 18 years old.
No work experience is required, BPO Exp is a plus.
Must be willing to work at the office or WFH based on company business needs.
Must be fluent in conversational English
Must have good computer skills and can type at least 25wpm.
Job Responsibilities
Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers needs based on client account services or products.
May handle assistance through phone, email or chat.
Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines.
Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.
