Qualifications
1-2 years experience as an Operations Manager in a Call Center setting.
Candidate must possess at least a College/Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Job Responsibilities
Provide operational guidance. Train, coach, monitor, recognize, support, and promote discipline in any given situation.
Communicate client and company goals and metrics with team members to deliver a high level of customer service
Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one meetings with direct reports to evaluate performance against KPIs
Practice and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures of the company
Hold regular team meetings with direct reports to review previous day/week/month program performance and provide guidance regarding future performance in order to continuously improve results
Provide a career path for the agents who would like to level up through an effective and comprehensive training plan.
Set and meet performance targets for efficiency and quality
