Operations Manager for Search Engine Account

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience as an Operations Manager in a Call Center setting.

  • Candidate must possess at least a College/Bachelor’s Degree

  • Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide operational guidance. Train, coach, monitor, recognize, support, and promote discipline in any given situation.

  • Communicate client and company goals and metrics with team members to deliver a high level of customer service


  • Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one meetings with direct reports to evaluate performance against KPIs


  • Practice and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures of the company

  • Hold regular team meetings with direct reports to review previous day/week/month program performance and provide guidance regarding future performance in order to continuously improve results


  • Provide a career path for the agents who would like to level up through an effective and comprehensive training plan.


  • Set and meet performance targets for efficiency and quality
