Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above
Over 3 years of sales experience in distribution channel sales in CCTV or CE.
Strong negotiation and communication skills;
Good experience in Channels management ,marketing;
Fluent in English
Good analytical Excel/PPT/Word and advanced presentation skills
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with distributor to create and execute channel business plan to meet monthly sales target;
Improve stocks quantity and brand materials deployment in terminal shops; and assist with dealers to maintain products, brand materials and products demo standard;
Regularly collect PSI (purchase-sell-inventory)data from dealers as well as competitors data; analyze the sales data; and improve products sales;
Coordinate with shop dealers to hold effective activities with sufficient plans;
Maintain the relationship with current dealers and develop potential dealers with brand strategy;
Regularly visit shops to know the demand and requirement from dealers; Assist with shops to sell products;
Check shops staff knowledge about products and give proper training to them;
