Qualifications
12+ years of overall IT experience.
6+ years of experience in working with GPP.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
SME level expertise in GPP configuration, migration, uplift, and testing
Exposure to support Swift payments, Wire, Mass payments through GPP payment hub.
Working knowledge of real-time messaging and batch file transfer implementation and troubleshooting using different packages and methodologies (MQ, FTP, SCP, Sterling, etc.)
Excellent communication skills - Fluent Oral and Written English, good convincing skills, and market analysis skills.
Technical knowledge on Java / Microservices (Good understanding and few hands-on experience), Tibco, MQ, Rest API.
Knowledge of test automation tools and processes, agile project management methodology
Experience implementing Quality Assurance best practices pertaining to test definition, requirements tracking, and test automation.
Job Responsibilities
This role requires a lead level Payments SME with extensive experience in implementing Finastra GPP. The candidate should have prior experience in leading the overall GPP solution definition, design, configuration, testing, migration & support phases. The candidate should have SME level expertise in Finastra GPP.
Lead end-to-end GPP implementation programs for leading Financial Institutions.
Techno-functional lead for GPP implementation including Requirement Analysis, Integration Design, configuration, transformation, migration, QA support, Go Live support, and Production Support.
Facilitate and drive requirement elicitation meetings, workshops, demonstrations etc. with different IT & Business stakeholders.
Lead efforts for Dovetail configuration, CSM message support, integrations, and test support.
Ensure the payment hub meets all relevant high value, low value and international CSM compliance requirements.
